
Housing a suite of analytical tools, we designed the Intelligent Solutions website to enable BT to streamline billing processes, analyse communications spend and structure, and highlight areas of waste, cost savings or potential opportunities. Primarily allowing BT Business customers to learn about ‘Value Add’ products and download analytical tools, the website’s functionality went beyond this, leading to better profiling, tailored email communications and updates to registered users, and ultimately, a more engaging dialogue between BT and their customers.

This project for One IT involved the consolidation of the workforce into 27 regional hubs and we were briefed to create an interactive presentation to highlight the benefits. Our LIFE SIZE 3D mock up of the new flagship building and three animated movies received praise from the BT board for our innovative thinking and cutting-edge presentation.

Invited to redesign the SME direct marketing campaign for the BT Phonebook, we were tasked with increasing response rates and generating sales leads for call centre and field sales teams. Reworking the DM mailer format and refocusing the messaging to maintain target audience relevance, the results confirmed the success of our strategic approach. Response rates increased by 1,200% in the first six months alone.
