We entirely rebuilt Experian’s Credit Expert Tools, tailoring them more specifically to the company’s own brand, making it more intuitive and giving greater levels of customer service. This work has been greatly applauded and was followed by a further project to build a tool to measure a customer’s risk of identity theft.
