The Problem

Telecoms wholesale combines a wide variety of ever-changing products and sub-products with well established brand perceptions. BT Wholesale were struggling to change perception and their collateral had become fragmented without clear and consistent messaging. They needed to get back to basics.


The Solution

Working closely with BT Wholesale through our Science and Magic Labs, we helped them clarify their product and brand propositions and developed a pitch book which allowed the sales team to sing from the same hymn sheet. This all came together with a creative look and feel that was consistent, recognisable and supported key messages while re-energising their customer base by Connecting Relevance.
