The Problem
Prior to this refurbishment the building was known locally as the 'Norwich eyesore', but architects 5th Studio worked hard to transform this derelict building into an iconic landmark in the city centre. Our job was to demonstrate the transformation.
The Solution
We kicked off with a Science & Magic Lab with the client to gain as much information as possible about the project. We then brought the development to life with an integrated campaign including a stunning brochure, eye-catching onsite signage, press advertising, breathtaking CGI and imaginative video which received over 3,000 organic views via one single online press release.
One of the client's stated aims was to sell the penthouse apartment for over £1 million, a feat which hadn't been achieved before in the Norwich market and one which we helped them to achieve.
