We engaged with the local community to help shape a new place where 1000s of people will live.

The Problem

The issue for Grosvenor, the property company responsible for creating Barton Park, was how to introduce a new community that supports and enhances the existing, established places that surround it. Grosvenor will be putting in place the infrastructure and then other developers will build the properties.


The Solution

Our work went beyond developing a brand look and feel and a fully integrated suite of marketing collateral. We worked with Grosvenor to engage with the local community and understand the needs of the people who will live close to Barton Park. We even organised a competition amongst local schools to assist in naming this new place.
