Beaulieu is a vibrant new district for Chelmsford which will include a wide range of amenities including three new schools and its own railway station.

The Problem

This development is conceived as a series of individually designed neighbourhoods that connect to the wider landscape and countryside. Each new phase needs to tap into the equity of the overarching scheme but also look fresh and attractive to potential buyers.


The Solution

We were responsible for creating the brand identity for the most recent phase; Beaulieu Oaks. We adopted a classic style that radiates sophistication. A luxurious brochure emphasises all of the main selling points and is the perfect touchpoint for closing the sale.
